At Anekke, we want you to be completely in love with your new accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items back into their original Anekke dust bags and box, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
